Goals
Create an HR dashboard feature that can help an HRD work in managing HR management that focuses on employee performance and actions directed at strengthening employee relationships, satisfaction, and involvement in the company, with an easy-to-use interface.

Background
Human Resources Development or HR division is an integral part of a company. HRD has an important role in the company and the world of work because it can develop business strategies and has responsibility for managing human resources in a company including actions directed at strengthening employee relations, satisfaction and involvement in the company.
However, being an HRD has many challenges that allow HR management errors to occur which can have an impact on the company's business such as unclear information about employee data, subjective employee ratings, employee classification, etc.
Therefore making HR dashboards can help HRD in managing HR because the work is based on the system, so that employee performance (Performance management) can be monitored better on the dashboard and errors in HR management can be minimized.
